This 1964 Robert Wielage Cuban designed Mid-century walled compound inspires a new way of living. The kitchen, with separate entertaining bar, boast a prep peninsula, original restored cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The dining room has a custom build-in with vintage Carrara marble top. There is also a downstairs bedroom with en-suite bath and an additional office/study. Upstairs the private master bedroom wing, with dressing room, is found on one side of the home. Two additional bedrooms and an ultramodern yoga studio, which could also be a great home gym, are found in the other wing. A recently installed Solar system powers the entire home. A new roof was also recently completed. The pool concourse has a 40 foot lap pool, and loggia, mirrored by a custom slat wood orchid house. The oversized gated parking court leads to a 2 car garage with custom doors. A true Masterpiece of Mid-Century Design and walled on all four sides the site is over a 1/4 acre.
